This video provides a step-by-step guide to scheduling a support session with the support team and raising a support ticket using two different methods.
1. Scheduling a Support Session
Users can book a live session with the support team:
Click the “?” (question icon) in the top bar
Select “Support Schedule”
View available time slots
Choose a convenient slot
Fill in the required details
Click Book
Result: A 15-minute Zoom support session is scheduled
2. Raising a Support Ticket
Method 1 (Top bar)
Click the “?” (question icon)
Enter issue description
Click Confirm
Method 2 (Bottom-left shortcut)
Click the support/report icon (bottom-left)
Submit your issue
