How to Schedule a Support Session and Raise a Support Ticket in MYT?

This video provides a step-by-step guide to scheduling a support session with the support team and raising a support ticket using two different methods.


1. Scheduling a Support Session

Users can book a live session with the support team:

  • Click the “?” (question icon) in the top bar

  • Select “Support Schedule”

  • View available time slots

  • Choose a convenient slot

  • Fill in the required details

  • Click Book

Result: A 15-minute Zoom support session is scheduled



2. Raising a Support Ticket


Method 1 (Top bar)

  • Click the “?” (question icon)

  • Enter issue description

  • Click Confirm


Method 2 (Bottom-left shortcut)

  • Click the support/report icon (bottom-left)

  • Submit your issue
